Allergens
Last updated 23 October 2026.
If you have an allergy, please ask us at the stall before you order. We’ll tell you what goes into each drink so you can decide what’s right for you.
You can also ask before you come along:
The 14 allergens
UK law names 14 allergens that food and drink businesses must tell you about. These are them, in plain words:
- celery
- cereals with gluten, such as wheat, rye, barley and oats
- crustaceans, such as prawns, crab and lobster
- eggs
- fish
- lupin
- milk
- molluscs, such as mussels and oysters
- mustard
- tree nuts, such as almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pecans, Brazil nuts, pistachios and macadamia nuts
- peanuts
- sesame
- soya
- sulphur dioxide and sulphites, found in things like dried fruit, wine and some vinegars
We’re putting together the full allergen list for every drink. Until it’s here, please ask us before you order and we’ll go through what’s in your drink with you.
Our drinks are made at a shared table, so we can’t promise any drink is free from traces of other allergens.
